Video - Being Aware of Other Senses | Essceejulies

Thanks to advances in technology over recent decades and the growth of social media we are sharing more information than ever. Most of this information is visually based. This often creates circumstances where we're increasingly not in "touch" with our other senses.
In my latest video I talk about being aware of all our senses. One of the first things I thought about when I was initially told I was losing my vision was being more reliant on my other senses.

Also in this video I give a shoutout to another visually impaired Youtuber JD Dalton (his info is below). He has Albinism which is a congenial disease that causes a lack of pigmentation in the hair, skin and eyes. This causes those born with Albinism to be born with low vision or legally blind but unlike Stargardt's their vision stays stable. JD makes great videos on a variety of topics such as disability, LGBT issues, his creative interests and so much more.
